TurboTorque is a free Android app developed by UB3RL1GHT and falls under the category of Lifestyle apps. This application creates the illusion that your car has a turbocharger. To use this app, you need to buy a Bluetooth OBD2 meter which is available for about $8. After connecting the meter to your car, you can pair your phone via Bluetooth to TurboTorque, set when you want the turbo to spool, and let your foot off the throttle to hear the blow off valve go off. The app allows the user to customize the sounds by using their own, which gives ultimate customization so you are not locked down to in-app sounds.

It's worth noting that the app is still in very early testing stages and may not work correctly with every phone. Some features are still in development, such as having a check box to turn off the turbo noise, adding a better default turbo noise, and adding a variety of blow-off sounds to choose from.
